Presenter Guidelines


The presenters should follow these rules:

  1. Present around a 10-minute presentation followed by 5-minute question periods;

  2. Provide the following items in your ppt as follows; Title, background/introduction, method, results and discussion, conclusion, and references;

  3. Presenters are allowed to use various software freely to make their own videos of presentations. The committee suggested using Zoom software;

The presenter may use the following alternatives to deliver their presentation.

  1. Live presentation
    The participants should display their presentation on PowerPoint (or equivalent software, for example: .pdf, etc) the same way as they would for an in-person conference. In delivering the content of the presentation, the presenter should share the computer screen with the audience. Only paper sessions are allowed for using this option

  2. Pre-recorded presentation
    This option allows you to record yourself in a narrated presentation video. The duration of the video has to follow the allocated time. You can use the software or application of your choice to pre-record your presentation.

The pre-recorded presentation should follow these rules:

  1. Presenters might use powerpoint presentation and the voice of presenter with/without show of face 

  2. Size less than 40 MB

  3. Please upload the pre-recorded presentation to YouTube/Gdrive and insert the link to the provided Google Form (please check your email).
